Health Care Reform: Notice to Employees

Even though the employer coverage mandate is delayed, employers still must notify employees by Oct. 1 of their coverage options under the Affordable Care Act.  The U.S. Department of Labor (DOL) has “model notices” (templates) you can fill out, with versions in English and Spanish.
